Worst experience ever. If you're seeking a practice that is well structured, provides top tier service, is available during normal business hours and is ran by a team that cares about their clients, do yourself (and family) a favor and look elsewhere. 0 out of 10 recommend.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the care I received at Family Orthodontics, Roswell location. I began treatment in 2020 with Dr. Hall, who later left the practice. My subsequent treatments were managed by Dr. Davis. My third round of treatment remains incomplete, and I am dissatisfied with how my care has been managed. Following my initial treatment with Dr. Hall, a permanent retainer was placed to maintain a gap between my top front incisors. However, the plastic retainers provided caused unwanted tooth movement and began closing that gap. I believe the impressions or scans for these retainers may have been taken prematurely. As a result, I required a second round of Invisalign treatment after Dr. Davis confirmed the gap was intended to remain. After the second treatment, Dr. Davis prescribed Hawley retainers, which reopened the space in the upper back right area where I had a previous extraction. This space was intended to remain closed, and food frequently became trapped, causing discomfort. I was then placed in traditional braces for a third round of treatment. Idk why this location doesn’t have a 5 star review! Since we started coming here about a year ago we haven’t had a bad experience! The most we’ve waited is about 10 min but my son gets called back right away all the time! Staff is friendly and always communicates with me about his procedure. Glad they closed down our other location! Thanks Roswell location for a great experience!!

Do NOT use this practice. They are never open. It is impossible to schedule a follow-up appointment because they are only open twice a week. However, they advertise they are open 5 days a week. Then they will charge you $250 to visit another location even if you are fully paid. Very poor business practices and subpar customer service. Beware beware beware... you have been warned ⚠️

Dr. Davis and her entire team are/were amazing from start to finish of my treatment. I always saw her assistant, Jose, and he was always cheerful and friendly at every visit. Jose always made me aware of anything and everything we did during each visit (for 12 months!). Dr. Davis really cared about helping me get to my end goal of treatment. She is very detailed and I love that about her, she strives for perfection in her treatments and that made me feel valued. I will miss seeing them for adjustments every 6 weeks, but I am so happy with my end result!!!
